Those feet of yours do a mighty job carrying you around all day. They deserve a little TLC!
When was the last time you pampered them? Can't remember! Then organise yourself a professional or home pedicure. You will walk on air afterwards! Promise!
Ladies - your challenge for this week is to choose an amazing colour to paint those toenails! Then show them off in your prettiest sandals!
Blokes - I dare you to do the same!!! Perhaps show them off in your best thongs (Aussie for flipflops)!
